Zimbabwe

The Zambezi River boasts the majestic Victoria Falls which tumbles unceasingly into the Botoka Gorge at Victoria Falls, the city we call HOME in the North Western part of Zimbabwe.

You will be awed as Mosi-oa-Tunya meaning “Smoke that Thunders” roars at your feet and delights you with rainbows. It’s also known as the Adrenelin capital of the country, where your nerves can be tested as you whitewater raft or gorge swing or experience the African elephant up close.

Zimbabwe includes some of the richest wilderness areas in Southern Africa, from the game-filled plains and bush of Hwange National Park; the vast lake and shoreline of Lake Kariba and the Mutusadona National Park and the legendary Zambezi forests of Mana National Park; to the Mountains, green valleys and lush rivers of the Eastern Highlands with scenes that would not be out of place in Scotland; along with the vibrant African capital city of Harare and the slower paced tranquility of Bulawayo as the gateway to the Matopos National Park with its ancient history on display in the rock formations and caves as well as the Ancient Kingdoms of Great Zimbabwe.

Your visit will be made more memorable by the incredibly friendly, gentle and welcoming Zimbabwean people, ensuring your safety in their country. Zimbabwe has something for everyone and guarantees an unforgettable visit in one of the safest countries in Africa.

We are proud to be able to organize your holiday around our “back garden”!
